Cell
House Group is a friendship group for young adults,
which meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7.30 to 9.30.
We meet in homes in our local area, taking time to get to
know each other, discussing and learning together, exploring who God is
and what his purposes for us might be as individuals and a community
and supporting and encouraging each other in our day-
Where: In homes in the Culloden, Smithton, Cradlehall area, and sometimes further afield.
When: Wednesday evenings, from 7.30 – 9.30
Who: Any and all young adults
The activities:
Our normal evenings at Cell group are based on the ‘Four W’s’ structure for small groups: Welcome; Worship; Word and Witness. Each ‘W’ is led by a different member of the group each week.

catching up with a bit of chat and sometimes an ‘ice-
Every five weeks we have a discussion night, where we have dinner together and then discuss topical issues in the light of what the Bible says. Every six weeks, and sometimes in between, we have social evenings where we simply enjoy each others company. Activities vary but include: meals out; going for drinks or coffee; cinema trips and barbeques when the weather is kind to us!
The people:
Cell group is currently a group of about ten young adults who belong to the church at the Barn. We are happy to welcome new members, especially anyone who would like an open and welcoming environment to make friends, find out about Jesus and get to know God better.
The big idea!
We hope that cell group is a place where people feel welcomed, valued and encouraged as part of a community. We want to support each other and learn together, and increasingly we want to be a team of people who put into action what we learn from Jesus’ teachings in the Bible.
